The Aliʻi Luau shares the songs, sights, dances, and food from across Polynesia. This all-you-can-eat buffet boasts countless traditional fares, from imu roasted pig to poi. Alternatively, the Gateway Buffet serves as another dinner option. The Gateway Buffet is the park’s most popular dinner option and boasts delectable entrees like a whole grilled Kanpachi as well as live music.
HĀ, The Breath Of Life
The Polynesian Cultural Center is also home to a 2,770-seat amphitheater that hosts the stunning production, Hā, Breath of Life. The show tells the emblematic story of Mana and his upbringing, accentuated by Polynesian song, dance, and fire knives. The show also features an ensemble of 100 Polynesian performers.
