Visiting the summit is awe-inspiring, but there’s also a myriad of fun things to do along its towering slopes.  At lower elevation, the temperatures are a bit warmer and you still get incredible views.  This area is called Upcountry.  Popular for its abundant farms and unique forests, you could spend years exploring Upcountry Maui and still find fun things to do.
